A.F.I. is one of my all time favorite bands. The first time I heard the intro song, Miseria Cantare, for their album Sing the Sorrow I knew I wanted to edit a piece to it. I pulled out my old tapes and went to work. This "archival" footage helps heed our call to all who will hear and join the movement. The emotion this footage pulls sets the perfect mood to kick off the new site.

I sat down with Mike Basich at a small diner in Colfax, CA to talk about snowboarding, life, traveling, 241 outerwear, and his philosophy of what a snowboard shop should be. Mike Basich is a professional snowboarder and the founder of 241 outerwear. He is an accomplished snowboarder and photographer and is still in the game because of his passion for the sport and his continual quest of keeping it fresh.

Mikey LeBlanc has got to be one of the hardest working riders in the industry. Between his career as a professional snowboarder, owner and operator of Holden outerwear, as well as his major involvement in the Kids Know production, Love Hate, Mikey takes the time to talk with Idiom Life about snowboarding, life, Holden, and the one thing he would do again if he could go back in time.
